Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our ranch hands via email with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and boots are placed in their original box without tape or labels directly on the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
